Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a brief description

If approved, we will gladly offer:

  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • or a refund at our discretion

We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • delays caused by shipping carriers
  • products mishandled after delivery

Please refrigerate products after opening.
